Shipping policy

Order Policy

Dear Valued Customer,
Please read our order policy carefully before placing your order.

  1. Made-to-order items require 10–14 business days for tailoring (excluding Fridays & Saturdays).

  2. To confirm your order, full payment is required in advance via online payment link sent to you.
    Cash payments are not accepted.

  3. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation only.

  4. Delivery fees are paid in cash to the courier upon delivery or through our website.

  5. No returns or exchanges are accepted except in cases of manufacturing defects, reported within 24 hours of receiving the item.

  6. Any request made after the allowed time period will not be accepted.


Exchange & Return Policy

Returns or exchanges will NOT be accepted in the following cases:

  • Cutting, pulling, or damaging the fabric in any improper way.

  • Improper use or incorrect washing of the item.

  • Incorrect size selection or alterations made by the customer.

  • If the fabric or design does not suit personal preference, as all details (fabric, design, and specifications) are clearly stated on the product page.


Returns or exchanges ARE accepted in the following cases:

  • Visible damage or tear in the item
    (photo proof required).

  • Measurements differ from those stated on the website
    (item must be measured in inches with photo proof).

  • Receiving a product different from what was ordered.


Refund Process

  • Once eligibility is confirmed, the refund will be processed via bank transfer only.

  • The refund process may take up to 30 business days, depending on banking and store procedures.

  • Alternatively, compensation may be provided in the form of another item.


Important Notice

  • We kindly request that you inspect your item carefully upon delivery.

  • The store is not responsible if the customer places an order without reviewing the order policy.
